To present the newest issue of Diplomatic SOCIETY with a country focus on Viet Nam, KR Prof. Mag. Gertrud Tauchhammer, publisher and owner of Diplomatic SOCIETY, and H.E. Le Thai Hoang Vu, Ambassador of Viet Nam to Austria, invited to a festive reception at the Embassy of Viet Nam. The many guests were welcomed by moderator Dr. Rudolf Thaler, former Austrian Trade Delegate, who gave a short overview of the long history of Diplomatic SOCIETY before passing the microphone to Mag. Gertrud Tauchhammer. In her speech, she talked about her fond memories she made during a trip to Viet Nam, emphasizing the incredible hospitality of the Vietnamese people. Then, Mag. Maximilian Hennig, Chief of the Protocol Department of the Austrian Ministry for European and International Affairs, addressed the guests, pointing out the close cooperation between Viet Nam and Austria and the importance of the work Diplomatic SOCIETY is doing to bring people together. After the speeches, the new issue with an extensive Viet Nam focus was ceremoniously unveiled. Last but not least, the invitees enjoyed delicious traditional Vietnamese food and drinks.
