Selfmade Apfelstrudel
Café Restaurant Residenz at Schloss Schönbrunn will teach you how to make an authentic Apfelstrudel!
While drinking a glass of prosecco or a non alcoholic drink, the Residenz team will tell you a bit about the history of the Apfelstrudel. With drinks and snacks in between, you will be taught about the magic stretching of the dough and all other secrets behind this traditional Austrian bakery.
Schnitzel & Apfelstrudel at Meissl & Schadn
Famous Viennese restaurant Meissl & Schadn is also offering Viennese cooking classes on “how to pound out Wiener Schnitzel and stretch apple strudel dough”. When finished, you can enjoy your self-made Schnitzel and apple strudel and furthermore, you will get a certificate to show off to your friends and family!

Perfumery Filz – the fragrance of empress Sissi
