On March 8, 2021, IFIMES (International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies) together with Modern Diplomacy (EU-based news platform), the international scientific journal European Perspectives, Diplomatische Akademie Wien and the Vienna-based platform for arts, culture and applied science Culture for Peace organizes the second leg of the Vienna Process „Europe – Future – Neighbourhood, Disruptions, Recalibration, Continuity“ which can be followed via a Live-Stream. The opening with welcome speeches by Amb. Emil Brix, Director of Vienna School of International Studies and Honourable Ernest Petric, President of the Constitutional Court of Slovenia (aD) will be at 10:40 am, followed by keynote speeches by notable international experts.
