On Monday, January 28, SOCIETY publisher Mag. Gertrud Tauchhammer invited to a traditional Ambassadors‘ breakfast at the Palais Hansen Kempinski. The British Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna, H.E. Leigh Turner held a refreshing and informative Keynote speech about “Diplomacy
and Social Media II” and gave very interesting insights into his own Social Media work. After the speech, amongst others, H.E. Vivian Nwunaku Rose Okeke, Ambassador of Nigeria, H.E. Mansoor Ahmad Khan, Ambassador of Pakistan, H.E. Salahaldin Abdalshafi, Ambassador of Palestine, H.E. Haytham Abdulmomen Hassan Shoja’aadin, Ambassador of Yemen, the Libanese Ambassador H.E. Leena Al Hadid, H.E. Gloria Patricia de Jesus
Navarrete Pinto, Ambassador of Chile and the Ambassador of Italy, H.E. Sergio Barbanti
posted questions to the British Ambassador and complimented him on his up-to-date
speech. Dr. Adrian Hollaender moderated the event that was taking place in the
Restaurant EDVARD of the Palais Hansen Kempinski, whose Executive Assistant Manager
Carmen Mauthner, on behalf of General Manager Wille, personally welcomed the
guests.
